How To Contact Your Local Passenger Focus

If you are not satisfied with our response, please write to Passenger Focus which is an independent body set up to protect the interests of passengers. The address for Passenger Focus or London TravelWatch is available from the Virgin Trains Customer Relations Manager at the address in section 6 of this charter, is displayed on notices at all stations, available in pocket timetables and is listed in the Phone Book. Except in the case of personal injury, you can refer to an independent arbitration service, administered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Details of the scheme are available from our Customer Relations Manager.
