The Virgin Limobikes service is an exciting new alternative for Virgin Trains passengers travelling to or from London Euston station. Limobikes frees you from taxi queues and gridlock traffic, saving you valuable time.

Limobikes can transport one passenger with up to one medium sized suitcase. (The rider reserves the right to refuse any luggage that compromises the safety of the passenger, or current Road and Traffic legislation.) The rider will ensure a full safety briefing is given before commencing the journey, and explain how to use the intercom and phone systems fitted in the helmets. Safety and weather protection clothing will also be provided.

To make your journey even more hassle-free, you can take a Limobike to central London locations for just £10. See the map below to find out if your destination is eligible for this special rate. If your journey goes beyond central London you will be charged at a rate preferable to Limobikes standard rate.

1. Decide where you're going. Then, simply call 020 7930 0814 to book, quoting "Virgin Trains" to get the special rate.
2. Prepay for your Limobikes using any major credit card (with the exception of Diners and Visa Electron). You will be offered the special preferential rates and be asked to supply a contact number.
3. The Rider will contact you no less than 15 minutes before the original arrival time at Euston station to confirm the train schedule and collection point.
4. The rider will meet you at the pre-arranged location on or around the station concourse and escort you to the motorcycle.

You will not be charged for the first 15 minutes should you arrive late for your booking. All additional minutes after your confirmed booking time are charged at £1.00 per minute. All efforts will be made to notify you before any late charges are made, and if the delay is over 30 minutes due to late running of the Virgin Train service, we will do our best to provide alternative methods to ensure your booked journey is completed.
