Terms and conditions

• Booking Deadline is 18.00 the day before departure.
• All normal railcard discounts are available.
• Customers are not permitted to break their journey, although necessary changes of train are allowed.
• Reservations are compulsory.
• Travel is valid only on the date and service shown on the ticket.
• Only available as a single ticket option.
• Any change in travel plans (must include the same Origin and Destination) are allowed subject to a £5 admin fee, plus the difference in cost between the fare paid and the cheapest available fare for the journey required.
• No refunds are available.
