Travelling with us over Christmas
Planning ahead is the best way to ensure you get back home to your nearest and dearest without a hitch this Christmas. Network Rail have extensive improvement works planned over the festive period that could disrupt your journey with us if you’re not prepared.
Tips for travelling over Christmas:
Here are a few handy hints that should help you get home in time to enjoy a nice glass of sherry in front of the telly:
From the afternoon of Friday 21 December until 1 January, you can travel with us for our Off-Peak prices, on any day, at any time.
Please check your journey details before you travel. National Rail Enquiries will help you find the best way home.
If you’re buying an Advance ticket, you can reserve a seat online. Reservations for Off-Peak or Anytime bookings can be made at your nearest station.
There is a very limited service to and from Euston on Sunday 23 and Monday 24 December due to improvement works. If you can, please travel on the Friday or Saturday instead.
Our services will start again on Thursday 27 December in the late morning.
