FastTicket machines
If you prefer, you can buy your tickets online and collect them from a FastTicket machine at most Virgin Trains stations. You can pick up your tickets 2 hours after you book. It's free and it's easy.
Three steps to FastTicket

It's important to bring these to the station:
- Payment card used to buy your tickets
- Your FastTicket reference

Go to any FastTicket Machine at the station to collect your tickets
What is a FastTicket reference?
It's the unique 8-character reference (e.g. TH4T56GH) generated when you buy your tickets either online or over the phone. If you've booked online we'll also send you a confirmation email with your FastTicket reference. Or, if you prefer, just sign in to 'My Account' for the reference. You'll need your FastTicket reference number and the payment card used to buy your tickets in order to collect them. If you don't, you'll have to buy new tickets at the full fare. So bring the card and don't lose that number!
