Once you've bought an m-ticket they cannot be exchanged or refunded, so remember…
You'll need to activate your ticket on the day of travel and show your unique m-ticket to inspectors before boarding or whilst on the train.
Please don't forget to charge your mobile, as if you are unable to display your m-ticket, a new ticket at the full fare will have to be purchased in order to travel.
m-tickets are only available for Virgin Trains Advance fares along the West Coast Mainline
Your ticket will be instantly saved in the "My Tickets" tab within your app. If it hasn't appeared after 2 hours, or you happen to have lost your phone, please give our After Sales team a call on 03445 56 56 50 and they'll be able to help you out.
