Introducing Pendolino

Our Pendolinos run from Euston to Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.

Wi-Fi

Our Wi-Fi offers instant connection for Wi-Fi enabled laptops. It's complimentary in First Class and pay as you go via a number of package options in Standard. Read more about Virgin Trains Wi-Fi.

Power sockets

With power access at all First Class seats and those with tables in Standard Class, it's power all the way for your laptop or phone.

The Shop

Our onboard walk-in shop is where you'll find mouth-watering sandwiches, snacks and Fairtrade hot drinks - and all at prices not to be sniffed at. So forget about the last-minute food dash before you board.

Priority seating

• For disabled and elderly passengers, expectant mothers, and those carrying children
• To reserve your seat, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling our JourneyCare service on 08457 44 3366

Luggage space

• Travel in even greater comfort by only bringing what you can carry. No kitchen sinks, please.
• 2-3 luggage compartments per carriage
• Small overhead luggage racks

Toilets

• Located in most carriages
• Wheelchair-friendly toilets and baby changing facilities available

We've boosted our mobile phone signal on all of our trains. So get chatting!

Bike onboard storage

• Space for up to 4 regular bikes or 2 tandems (but not penny farthings)
• Book and reserve a space before you travel
• No need to book if it folds up (only applies to bikes, not contortionists)

Quiet zone

• Escape the madding crowd and work or relax in peace and quiet
• Mobile free zone
• Found in coach 'H' in First Class and 'A' in Standard

Green

Our Pendolino trains are among the greenest in the land; with features like 'regenerative braking', which returns power to the National Grid when the brakes are applied. But it's not just about the trains, it's about people, and social responsibility.
