There's more. During the week, we'll serve you with mouthwatering delights from our First Class menu. Wherever possible, we ensure that poultry is free-range, meat is outdoor-reared and hot drinks are Fairtrade... and it's all brought to your table.

The Great British Breakfast

Fried breakfast Smoked salmon and scrambled egg

(before 10:00 weekdays - Pendolino - on selected services)

  • Outdoor-reared Cumberland sausage, sizzling sweetcure back bacon, grilled tomato and potato rosti with a free-range fried egg.
  • Vegetarian breakfast - veggie sausage, potato rosti, tomato, spinach and onion mix.
  • Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
  • Warm croissant or fresh toast.
  • Fairtrade cup of tea or coffee.
  • Refreshingly chilled orange or grapefruit juice.

An alternative Breakfast service is offered onboard Super Voyager trains.

Light Bites

Ham and salad sandwich and muffin

(from 10:00 until 16:00 and after 19:00 - weekdays - on selected services)

  • Choice of two delicious sandwiches or snacks, made from the finest ingredients.
  • With a sweet treat like a muffin or slice of cake.

Evening Meal

Chick pea casserole Chocolate mousse

(from 17:00 until 19:00 - weekdays)

  • Choice of two tasty seasonal hot options (vegetarian option available).
  • Or choice of two delicious sandwiches or snacks.
  • With a sweet dessert treat like a chilled pudding or slice of cake.
  • Or cheese and biscuits (selected services only).
