Here's a reminder of how your free weekend travel benefit works - and what you'll need when you set off on your journey with Traveller:

• As a Traveller member you and a partner can get away for free at any time on Friday until noon on Monday, anywhere on the Virgin Trains network, travelling First Class. The kids can travel for £10 each and under 5's go for nothing.
• Free weekend tickets are subject to availability. So it's wise to book at least 1 month in advance.
• Remember, only the person who's photo and name are printed on the membership card can use it and must be present throughout the journey.
• You may be asked for a second form of ID by a Virgin Trains staff member if the photo on your card is defaced or does not resemble you. So come prepared (better safe than sorry).
• If you don't have your membership card when travelling, you'll be asked to pay the full fare for the journey and your Traveller card will be confiscated. So always have you card close to you. It's precious.
