This offer is exclusively available on e-ticket, so you can avoid the queues by printing your ticket at home before you go. Just make sure that you (Tribe member) are the lead passenger, and that you bring the printed e-ticket, card you've used to make the booking and either your passport or driving licence with you when you travel.

Getting the best value from Tribe
Tickets must be purchased in advance of travel. Here are some handy tips to help you get the best value fares:
- Book as far in advance as possible to get the cheapest fares. You can do it up to 12 weeks before travel, but even the day before can save you in comparison to buying on the day.
- Travel outside of peak hours to find a cheaper ticket. The quieter times during the week tend to be between 10:30 and 14:30 or after 20:00.
- If you can, be flexible with when you travel. Friday evenings are the most popular time of the week to travel. If you can make your journey on Saturday morning instead, then you'll enjoy quieter trains at some of our best prices.
- Remember, you and up to 3 others can take advantage of the fantastic fares, provided they travel with you. All you need to do is make sure the lead passenger on the e-ticket is the Virgin Tribe member.
