Why are these improvements necessary?

There are constant improvements being made to our railways and train stations. We like to give you as much information as we can to help minimise your travel disruption. Often, improvements take place on the railway to improve the service we can offer to you.

Where are the improvements taking place?

Birmingham New Street station

On Sunday 28 April 2013, Network Rail reached the half way point of the redevelopment of New Street station. Previous entrances closed and three new entrances opened.
