Here’s how you smash summer holidays out of the park (and all for less!)

Summer. It’s the perfect opportunity for all sorts of family fun. While the kids are off school you can give them a cracking good time, and make some proper memories together. So we thought, let’s show families how it’s done, because this is the summer of #ParentingLikeABoss.

We got eight top bloggers and their families to get out there with our Family Ticket, and discover the nation’s gems with their fourteen little ones in tow (not all at once of course).

@iamalisonperry’s five year old laughed at films on our BEAM app all the way to Brum, @honestmum’s boys tucked into the delicious kids’ snacks from the onboard shop on the journey to London, and @mummydaddyme enjoyed cuddles with her tiny tot at 125 smiles an hour on the way home from a big day out in Liverpool.

There were no countless traffic jams, unruly satnavs, toilet breaks, scraps in the back or cramming everything into the car – winning!

And once they got to their destinations, the fun really began. @brummymummyof2 and her kids mingled with the stars at Madame Tussauds in London, @actuallypics headed to Liverpool’s Albert Dock to hit the roller skate park and @theplayroomblog’s boys played kings of Bothwell Castle in Glasgow.
