If you’re a Thomas Cook customer and you’re heading home at a different time to planned, we’re offering flexible travel on your booked tickets.

 

You can travel with us at any time you need between your booked origin and destination, we’ll just need to see a valid Thomas Cook document when you’re onboard, as well as your Virgin Trains ticket.

 

If you get repatriated to a different airport, you will need to buy a new ticket and claim this through ATOL/ABTA, your travel insurer, or your credit card company.

 

If you’ve booked Advance tickets for future travel, this is subject to our standard terms and conditions. We advise you to contact your travel insurance provider as we won’t be able to issue refunds.
