Running from September to November, this world-famous light show makes Blackpool a must-visit town when the dark nights draw in. Featuring miles of dazzling lighting all along the waterfront and amazing 3D projection shows, this annual festival of light attracts millions of tourists every year and makes the perfect autumn evening treat for the whole family.

This incredible entertainment complex has twelve venues on one site, including the Opera House, the Pavilion Theatre and the Empress Ballroom. Legendary acts like Queen, The Beatles, Radiohead, Peter Kay and Russell Brand have all performed at the Winter Gardens over the years; put simply there’s bound to be something for everyone to enjoy while you’re visiting Blackpool. If you don’t want to see a show, simply get a 1.5 hour guided tour around this beautiful Grade II listed building.
